Does anyone have this placement or know anyone with this placement? Are they as aggressive and quick in their pursuit as Aries men are supposed to be, or do they take their sweet time before pursuing someone?

Assuming he does like you:

If his Mars is in Taurus, Cancer or Pisces he won't pursue.

If his Mars is in Aries, Leo, Scorpio or Capricorn he will definitely pursue

If his Mars is in any other sign - if can go either way depending on the rest of his chart and the synastry.
For instance an un-aspected Mars in Virgo (in the synastry chart) might not pursue... but if his Virgo Mars was on your Virgo Venus - he would pursue.
However with the weak Mars signs: Taurus, Cancer, Pisces - even if you have raunchy synastry they still don't know how to pursue properly.

Also if either his Venus or his Mars are retrograde - you'll have problems because he'll always act strange and unable to be real/genuine.

Taurus Venus can be slow but Venus is about our response when we are being pursued - rather than the way we pursue. Being an Aries male - if you do pursue him - he won't react well to that either way - so you won't see his Venus play out here.

My guy friend is an Aries with Venus in Taurus and Mars in Capricorn. Based on my experience with him, he took his time but he was emotionally invested in me before he was physically (just to clarify there was no "physical" between us, but it broached that point a couple weeks ago.) So what I concluded is they take their time when they care about you, or you're a long-term option. OR it just happened that way because he was never sure if I liked him or not. He likes that I'm bossy and dress nice. Aries w/ Venus in Taurus are sweet guys but very, very sexual.

^^^

I've always struggled with Aries because when I see something I like I pounce. I start them talking to get a feel for the personalty, engage in mysterious/interested eye contact - my hope is this person will ask me out. If this doesn't happen, I finally suggest some playful activity.

With Aries I get an irritated/icy response to my approach. Often, once I've given up then the Ram tries to get my attention, this genuinely irritates me, and registers as a power play. All goes downhill from there.

My (unsolicited) opinion is that you are making them feel pressured and suffocated. I have a new friend who hasn't relaxed and is always texting me (she's an Aries with a Libra moon, Venus in Taurus.) and it's really irritating me. I think Aries are slow to get comfortable to new people because they're so used to being by themselves. At least that's how I feel. I like her, we have things in common, but I feel like I'm getting harassed.

i agree about the suffocation. if its a new person aries didnt initiate conversation with, aries will take some time to get comfortable with you because it wasnt on "their terms".

Thank you for your responses everyone! What about entering a FWB situation? Would they still be interested in a romantic relationship with you even after you are FWBs with him? The guy I am asking about has an Aries Sun, Taurus Venus and Capricorn Mars. Nothing physical has happened yet...

I think they're pretty sexual, so they'll be fine with FWB. It depends on the priorities of the person though.

I am friend with an Aries man (Cancer moon), Taurus Venus, Pisces Mars (!). I was shortly attracted to him years ago when he hit on me, but then nothing followed... I was waiting for him to pursue me, but he was very passive and I lost interest. Some years passed and now we have coffee from time to time and now he has declared me his love and has made several attempts to pursue me. Weird! I made him clear that Im not interested, but really like him as a person. I dont think he is really attracted to me, but his Aries ego probably sees me as a conquest.
He doesnt come off as very sexual to me... once he attempted to kiss me, but it was so weird and cold... brrr. He dances very well and likes to show off... the trait I dont like in men.
