Have you met this aspect ever on long term realationship?

Who is the one which is more unstable - Uranus towards Venus? Or Venus feeling uncomfortable with Uranus exciting nature?

I have recently read somewhere that Mars/Venus-Uranus is a common aspect in long term marriages, along with aspects from Saturn to Sun/Moon/Mars.
I think the Venus person would find the Uranus person exciting and unpredictable and the Uranus person would be enamored by the Venus person's grace and beauty. With hard aspects with attraction comes friction and frustration. With soft aspects I think it would be just nice and comfortable, easier to handle.
