Did you ever feel that in synastry and what aspects did you have. Was it just an affair or something long term.

I think Mars/Asc Mars/Uranus Venus/Mars could indicate instant attraction.

Yes. Like a thunderbolt when we 1st saw each other. We have a lots of interaspects but the ones creating instant attraction where His Sun exactly conjuncting my Uranus and His Uranus exactly conjuncting my Venus.
I could not get him out of my head at all, he felt the same. It was an affair about 1 year long then he moved to another country with his parents. It was painful enough for both of us.

That's how I fall in love, only if it's instant attraction. Which one do you think is the indicator for that on a natal chart?

Venus/Venus - all hard aspects
Mars/Mars - all hard aspects
Venus/Mars - conjunctions and oppositions - but not always
Venus and/or Mars in hard aspect to Uranus
Venus and/or Mars in hard aspect to the Nodes.
Sometimes Sun or Moon in hard aspect to Mars - but that seems to be more one-side on the part of the Mars person.
Venus and/or Mars either conjunct or opposite Pluto.

In my experience the aspect/s would have to be exact - not more than a 1 deg orb to truly cause this effect

The one that stands out to me had my Sun trine her Mars.
I don't know her time of birth either.
Pure physical intensity right away, some laughs but plenty of miscommunication. Otherwise may have been long term. Plus she wasn't open/honest with me about something that she DEFINITELY should have been. (On the fence with her ex-husband so not really single)

Venus conjunct sun double whammy- love at first sight (felt like someone knocked the wind out of me) ... Ended up moving in with him within 2 months of meeting, married him 2 years later. We didn't last but he was definitely my first great love.

I met this Libra sun guy about a month ago, didn't know his sign or anything that night. It was love at first sight, the moment he walked in the room I felt really attracted.
We also talked really well, and somehow I couldn't help kissing him a little, even though I don't usually do that, but we really got chemistry.
When I got home and we became friends on fb I found out he was a libra, and I was like "noooo" cause I'm a virgo so I know it wasn't the best. I really thought he was a pisces cause he was really, really sweet.
I looked up his chart and found out he has a pisces moon, virgo mercury, libra venus and gemini mars.
When I looked at our synastry we have sun conjunct mercury both ways really strong(less than 1 degree) and venus square uranus (les than 1 degree) so this probably explains the instant attraction. I have moon square uranus and he also have moon square uranus and venus square uranus in his chart. So we are both really uranian which means we are both unpredictable and not especially stable. We like excitement and freedom so here we match:P
Our pisces moon is also conjunct which I think also have a deal in this. Maybe it's a really wide degree but I really feel we can relate emotionally so it's nice! We also have venus conjunction mars, sun conjunction venus, sun opposite moon and mercury conjunct mars!
We are still dating now, and I really like him even though I know it's not really seriously because of all the uranus aspects but I'll enjoy it as long as it will last:P

Venus/uranus and venus/neptune! The first is the excitement you feel inside you and your desire for doing(and feeling) something unique and "unexpected". Venus-neptune for the dreams, hopes and imaginations you can make in your head about love, but this will often (if hard aspects) dissapoint you, and the feeling of being in love will only last shortly.
