In the opposition, the person usually identifies with one planet and projects the other.
They can alternate - one moment it's one planet, the next, it's the other.

In a woman's chart, Mars is *usually* projected on the men in the woman's life because that's the conditioning in our society - women are more attuned to their Venus and Moon qualities.

So here, she has Mars - significator of men in her life (and her animus) in opposition with the Moon (women, feminine qualities) and Saturn (restriction, authority).

Which means she can attract men who are critical of women or who mistreat women in some way, or are very authoritative.

She may have issues with admitting to her emotional needs and seek nurturing, and therefore, she can attract people who will validate that belief and not respond to her needs (this is all just theory here).

If she identifies with the Moon/Saturn conjunction, and acts it out - by being self-controlled, emotionally "cool" and a bit reserved - she may attract some opposition or aggression, in external circumstances or within herself (restlessness or anger for example). Because a part of her wants to be driven, aggressive, assertive! And that doesn't add well with the self-controlled, mature personality she has.

If she chooses to express Mars, and act assertive, dynamic, aggressive, she may meet with some resistance in the form of authority or older people, or just situations that prevent her from expressing her Mars qualities (again, it's most probably a reflection of her inner workings - Mars qualities are not integrated with Moon and Saturn qualities, they're at odds, so she may feel like she can only express one of them at a time - Moon/Saturn *or* Mars).

I think I've complicated things here..
Basically, the traits of her Moon/Saturn conjunction are at odds with the Mars qualities (in her own psyche), so when she expresses one - the other comes in a subconscious form or by external source (situations, people).
And with Mars and Saturn in the mix, it can attract some cold people or abusive situations.
