Do you agree that once distracted it takes the brain 25 mins to go back to the focused state? Distraction is like an energy dissipator. With focused concentration, can one overcome mental limits and get to where we want.

An air void or air ascendant may make you very distractable (I have both with mercury, being my chart ruler, a singleton). I've never been diagnosed but I have pretty bad ADD but I can go back to focusing pretty easily so long as what I'm focusing captures my attention------------------
I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

Does anyone know meditation? Do you use candles? Heard candles are gud to meditate with for focused minds

I've got some apps on my phone to help to meditate and they say the same, but I personally don't believe its needed ------------------
