what does it mean when your partner's saturn semi square your north node? Is it a minor aspect since it is not an important angle?

I would love to hear this, too, as I don't use them. I know they have to be very close orbs, not more than 2 degrees, I think.------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

It's more minor than a square but can be taken as a square aspect. Some astrologers take them seriously, also biQuintiles. But I suppose they need to be understood firstIP: Logged |

I don't use minor aspects and personally have not seen them in effect------------------ I once saw a sign that said "sin is death" but if "all deaths are suicide (linda goodman)" and suicide is sin, then shouldnt "death is sin" be more appropriate? when organic is used to describe food then you know we have come to a dark age in history IP: Logged |

I donīt often use minor aspects, but if I were to use them, the semisquare or sesisquare would be the first ones I`d use!Actually, if they align with a square for instance, they can be very explosive, being on the midpoint of the square. It makes the whole hting explode from inside. Like a pressure cooker, that boils and boils for a while, and then suddenly erupts. IP: Logged |

The North Node in both the natal and the Synastry represents small groups of people, like your family members, friends, work associates and, people in and around your social areas. If a planet makes aspect to the North Node it represents that planet trying to influence the group. Synastry SA, in this case, in semi-sqr., suggest that the Synastry unit may try to control (show authority over the group in an irritating way.) The group may resent the action. Would you count a semisquare of 1 degree orb between Venus and Mars in synastry, if there is also an exact square of Mars and Venus in the same synastry?

Yes. Also look if htre are midpoint-configurations involving Venus and Mars. IP: Logged |

This semi-squares suggests that your partner cannot use his ethics, precision and patience to help you with your karmic lifetime challenge. If he tries, this will fails as it is not the kind of energy you need. IP: Logged |
