Hello everyone! I was curious... Im a Scorpio rising with Pluto singleton in my first house. Would aspects to my Pluto sort of be like aspects to my asc since its in the house of self?

To an extent, but not as strong as aspects to the actual ASC.
The fact that Pluto rules your ASC and resides in the 1st makes it quite powerful though and the aspects it makes are probably strongly expressed in your personality.
