Basically outer planets (Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto) in 4th harmonic aspect to angles, Sun, Moon, nodal axis and probably also Mercury, Venus and Mars.

Well, he had Uranus prominent in his SA chart on that day as well. SA Venus trine N. Uranus EXACT
SA Saturn conjunct N. Uranus EXACT
SA Uranus conjunct N. Jupiter EXACT
