An afflicted Cancer Moon is extremely sensitive and can get upset and withdraw at the drop of a hat.

If you want to do as little damage as possible, you gotta be very honest, gentle, and expressive in your communication.
Tell them they matter to you or that they're good at something, encouraging words are important to them.
If you hurt them in some way and they retreat, apologize sincerely and let them get over it in their own time.

They can be clingy once they feel safe with you so gently fix some boundaries.

Make them feel safe and show support. Show that you can be trusted and won't hurt them just for the sake of it.

My Moon is not afflicted but it is cancer. I really hate people who hurt me for no reason.Cancer Moon is a tender Moon.

I think it is the best place for the Moon because it is the Domicile but don't let them love you and then turn on them for no reason.

Having a fight is one thing but just betraying them for no reason will make the Cancer Moon cut you off forever because they really don't understand this. It is not in their nature.

Very true for me.

I'll cut a person RIGHT OFF if they cross the line. Like D-O-N-E...you will not have the chance to betray me again. They'll be in such shock too!! Like really?? I offer too much love & loyalty to lay down and EVER be hurt by anyone for too long.

I totally relate! I very much enjoy time w/ my loved ones. But I do need a moment during each day to be alone and "breathe" to gather myself together from the long day. I definitely get B*ITCHY if you are in my face annoying me as soon as I walk in the door! LMAO.
