What can you tell me about this placement from personal experience? Do you knowsomeone who has this? What are the challenges and strenghts. How to make the best of it.

I have this and I think it´s a very challenging placement.

Mars in the Libra in the 12th house would be someone who doesn't understand how they're manipulative I would think. Someone who doesn't see their actions very clearly or how their actions affect others. Someone wishy-washy. I know a Mars in Libra girl and although her Mars isn't in the 12th, she hates confrontation especially with me (not boasting about that, but it's ironic I have Venus in Aries and she has Mars in Libra so I figure the oppositional energy has something to do with it. She argues just fine with everyone else.) Mars in Libra likes to please people, can be seen as sort of a suck up, and a bit of a flirt. Oh, and probably a very good arguer too.

I agree with what Hanna said.
The energy is gentle and may be hard to express, so you should work on your assertiveness and ability to stand for yourself and defend your opinions.
