What happens when two moons are conjunct but in different signs. Like a 26 aqua moon and a 2 pisces moon?

Input on other planets like that would be good too.

8 degrees are a bit wide for a conjunction so you may not feel it due to degrees and not because of the differents signs.
Personally I have experienced conjunctions in different signs like normal conjunctions, they do have power.

My moon is in 26 aquarius lol but i've had a moon-moon conjunction with a pisces moon in 0.59 I think,emotions were flowing easily and understanding.However,pisces placements usually fall into my 8H so I dont always like everyone with a pisces moon conjunct mine

My experience is that you definitely feel the conjunction energies, regardless of the signs of the Moon.

One of my besties has her Moon in 27º Leo, while mine is in 3º Virgo. There is a 6 degree conjunction orb between our Moons, plus they're not positioned in the same signs, so you'd think this would probably have a weak effect... Well, not at all!! There is this natural mutual understanding between us that is almost psychic, in a way. We don't even have to say a word to know exactly how the other feels about a certain something. We usually share the same views on things too and common sense etc. It's a great aspect to have with someone.
