If your moon conjuncts the 8th house lord of another person but does not fall in the 8th house, does it have the same effect as if it did fall into that house or no? I hope this makes sense IP: Logged |

I'm pretty sure a lot of people will say yes, and it's true to an extent, but for me personally, the house overlay is more powerful than aspects to the house ruler. So the answer's yes but it may be less powerful (imo). IP: Logged |

Interesting. I have made the opposite observation, that the aspects to houserulers are more powerful UNLESS the planets IN the house is strongly aspected by synastry. Then that is where the music plays. However planets simply falling in a house without strong aspects in synastry, are very subtle. But then usually there WILL be aspects. IP: Logged |
