Which would you say is primarily the main ruler of Scorpio and why?I would say it seems to be Pluto, i have alot of masculine energy but not so such in the 'Aries/Mars' way and more in the power of depth archtype. ------------------ 2nd House: Capricorn Moon, Capricorn Neptune, Capricorn Uranus - Conjunction. 3rd House: Saturn in Pisces. 9th House: Mars in Leo, 11th House: Venus in Scorpio 12th house: N.node in Scorpio IP: Logged |

I don't have Scorpio as my sun sign in western astrology, but Scorpio Ascendant, with Pluto + Jupiter both in Scorpio Conjunct ascendant 2 degree orb in first house, both conjunct my Mercury, with Sag sun also in the first but not conjunct being powered by those Scorpio/Pluto energys, this seems to make me more of a Scorpio than any other, i love the Scorpio symbology and the intensity of 'dark' spiritual energy, but boy can it ******* do your head in, haha. Whats your Scorpio / Pluto / 8th house aspects?IP: Logged |

You have a Scorpio AC and Capricorn Moon? I was born right after you - I have a Leo AC and Aquarius Moon. Any ways, if Neptune is the primordial ocean from which everything first existed as ideas and concepts, Pluto is the endless depth, the bottomless feature of the ocean. It is the infinite depth from which these ideas and concepts appear as vague shapes. The obsessiveness of Pluto comes from the fact they always feel there is more, that you can go deeper, explore further, because Pluto's nature is never ending. The rage of Pluto comes from the frustration that you can't always go deeper and have more. Pluto exists beyond dimensions because Pluto exists outside Saturn. Uranus, Neptune, Pluto - they're on higher, more complex planes of existence than the one(s) we as humans live in. Scorpio comes after Libra, which is the eternal other. Scorpio is the perceived melding of opposing concepts, the smashing of elements together so they can become something new. It is instinctive, it is illogical. It is the feeling that you can do more than just accept boundaries that can never be crossed. Scorpio is merging. Take the two together: Pluto, endless and always deeper than it was previously, and Scorpio, questing for more. Mars plays in as a co-ruler. Co-rulers are like passive or inward rulers. Mars is the border between selfishness and greater wholes as Mars comes before Jupiter. Mars is desire to prove, desire to exist, desire to say "this is who I am, recognise me." Mars, ruling Aries, breeds them to bash others who try to dictate what they can and can't be. This is active nature. Mars, co-rulig Scorpio, wants to prove himself just as much as Aries, but Scorpio's journey is not physical, it is mental and emotional - it is an internal journey. This is passive nature. Yeh but that doesn't REALLY tell you anything. If i was a Gemini i'm sure that answer would satisfy me. Not so much for a Pluto Mercury.IP: Logged |
