I use Vulcan as Virgo's modern ruler while Mercury is Virgo's co-ruler.
I use Earth for Taurus's modern ruler while Venus is Taurus's co-ruler.

I don't know where my Pan-Horus is (if even possible to know) in my chart. Nor do I know if Pan-Horus is Taurus's true ruler. I think Earth is better suited for Taurus.

What does anyone think on this? Do you agree with me? If not, what do you think are their modern rulers?

I don't use Vulcan. The only one I use for Virgo is Mercury.

Earth is defiantly a ruler for Taurus, but that would leave Venus souley responsible for only libra which isn't right.
What is Vulcan? Spocks planet? Hahahaha

Maybe it should rule Aqua?

It is the hypothesized Intra-Mercurial planet between the Sun and Mercury. It cannot be more than about 8.30 degrees away from the Sun.

And yes, it is the home planet of Spock from Star Trek, lol.

No, I think Uranus fits Aquarius very well and best suited for it's true modern ruler.

I think earth is libras ruler and venus is taurus'. Earth is a planet that has the balance to sustain life and libra is all about balance, not to mention gaia and her husband uranus are libra and aquarius. Uranus wanted his children dead and gaia wanted to revenge them when she got his member cut off.
Mercury stays with virgo and gemini.

I honestly do not understand the connection between Uranus and Aqua. Most Aqua suns seem Saturnine and kinda like Cappies only a bit more intangible. They seem kinda traditional and not progressive.
I can see Uranus ruling Aries. Uranus is the awakener and about sudden changes those sound very Arien to me.

I believe it's the other way around, Earth rules Taurus while Venus rules Libra.
Mythology and Astrology are two different things, (while yes both are based off each other in a sense) Mythology does not make the rules for Astrology.

I believe cancer rules our moon/earth.

Our moon isn't the only satellite in the solar system, I think a moon/'s represents the energy of that planet and beams it to the surface.

Yeah I definitely see the Earth ruling Taurus. I have never met a Taurean that wasn't very earth-like. They are all very steady, fixed, they like material possessions, are extremely practical and they kinda scoff at stuff they feel won't benefit anyone.

Interesting theory.
But I think that the Earth rules Taurus, like the Sun rules Leo, so the Earth will be in it's opposite sign Aquarius. The Earth moves through a sign at the same speed as the Sun because they are directly polar from each other. So when the Sun is in Scorpio, Earth is domicile in it's own sign Taurus.
Just like the Sun is domicile in a sign, why can't the Earth?

Could explain why the moon/earth is exalted in taurus.

ehh I still think venus still rules taurus ahaha but interesting theories, I like them.

That would explain why Taurus suns are sooo much like the classic earth sign, the earth is always in Taurus when the sun's there. They are earthiest of earth signs imo liking their food, creature comforts, stable ground under their feet. I know one that won't even touch seafood. The only thing she likes is steak. That's what comes to mind when I think of an earth sign. Someone who only wants steak and a baked potato with lots of butter.

Oh I never thought of the Moon being exalted in Taurus is a connection to it's domicile to Earth.
I'm not 100% sure if Earth rules Taurus but I am sure that Venus fits Libra much better than Taurus. Venus is an airy/ideal planet.
Taurus is more practical than ideal rather than Libra.

Yeah, haha. I'm a Virgo but I don't really like steak too much to be honest though, but that's me just being a picky Virgo, lol.
I always thought of Taurus being the earthiest of the earth signs as well. Virgo and Capricorn have too high of standards than the slow and steady, practical Taurus.

Venus isn't as concerned with food as earth and moon. Moon rules Cancer and this sign is about food and nourishment and the earth is what grows food so it seems logical. Earth is Taurus's real ruler.

Venus is more about relating to others, not so much food and creature comforts.

I'm not really into steak either, Mercurian Intellect, and it's because Mercury rules Virgo. Virgo is the least earthy of the earth signs imo. I am not into that really heavy food, five course meals and tons of cake for dessert.

Well get this, the Earth collided with another planet and than it was formed along with our Moon. (at least I think that is what I remember) So maybe Cancer receives an influence from the Earth because it's technically apart of it, but Earth rules Taurus while the Moon rules Cancer. lol

My dominant planet is Venus as well and I act very much like a Libra. I'm romantic and ideal of partnerships to the core, lol.
I do have Venus in Libra in the 2nd House. (Taurus's House)
My Sun is in Taurus's decan in the 2nd as well, lol.

They are not used since they do not rule a sign I guess, lol.
I guess asteroids are used (even though they do not rule a sign) because they give a more significant influnce somehow. I don't really know, lol.
