I remember I used to watch Sliders, Xena, Hercules, La Femme Nikita etc. on TV and I loved them. What else...some time ago I discovered The Lost Room online and I could watch even 300 episodes if they bothered. When I was a kid and an early teen I followed a couple of South American soap operas but I'm done with it, they're too silly for me now.

So in short, at this point in life I'm focused on science-fiction and fantasy series. Venus in the 5th.

I watch a lot of creepy shows too like:
Law&Order, Deadly Women -basically everything that has to do with solving crimes and all

I watch Teenage shows too such as:
The Carrie Diaries, OTH or when I was a kid i would watch Beverly Hills and Dawson's Creek

I also looooove Sex and the City- can watch it again and again and again

I agree. I swear I must have lost at least 5 points off of my IQ scores, and my attention span is THE worst nowadays. I used to be a speed reader, capable of high concentration but now? LOL It took me three months to re-read the entire Harry Potter series, some of my favorite books.

What I've been trying to do is spend equal amounts of time studying/reading/writing to watching TV/Internet.

I love fantasy, science fiction, supernatural oriented shows the most… Basically, something that transports me to another reality. I also like interesting, distinctive characters, and find it impossible to get into a show if there isn’t a character in it that’s fascinating, or that I can identify with, or that I just plain like. I also like the occasional quirky sitcom so long as it’s not boring and the setting/idea behind it has to be interesting.

I’ve seen a lot of shows over the years, but here are some I’m addicted to right now.

Game Of Thrones: Love the setting and style of the show. The convoluted plot is addictive…favorite characters are Tyrion, Daenerys, and John Snow… I also love to hate Cersei, and Sansa’s plot line is starting to become interesting.
Vampire Diaries: Guilty pleasure, although sometimes this show does get a little to ‘Soup Opera’ for me. Damon’s my favorite.
Haven: Love the whole creepy strange vibe of the show. I’m partial to Duke.
New Girl: Love Schmidt, and how he’s totally ridiculous. Also Zooey Deschanel has grown on me.

I also love supernatural reality based shows like Celebrity Ghost Stories, and investigation forensic shows on occasion… like 48 Hours Mystery, and Snapped.

Some examples of previous shows I used to love when they were on…

A Haunting: I like this for the same reason I liked Celebrity Ghost Stories, it was supposedly based on true stories (perhaps with a bit of creative license).
Cold Case: Extra points for the old school songs mixed into the plot.
House: Hugh Laurie did such a great job as House.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Classic.
That 70’s Show: My type of quirky show.
Inuyasha: Loved the whole concept of this anime, and the character of Inuyasha. Had an amazing soundtrack for a cartoon.
