Ok I'll start... I got the inspiration for this thread when I was browsing another thread. I saw someone imply that aquas are rebellious just to be different/difficult, this is one of the stereotypes about aquarius that annoys me. Imo, we (Aquas) are just
individuals who won't compromise our
individuality for anybody.
We don't purposely try to p*ss people off by being
ourselves, Its just that
some people can't
handle people who are
different. What are stereotypes about your sign that annoy you?

I've got Jupiter! But no Saturn. He only trines my Venus as a major aspect. Poor fella, I won't fall to him and his boring "say what you mean, mean what you say" philosophy!

Great topic!

As a Scorpio, I feel misunderstood a lot. One of the big ones is that we are prone to revenge, I have never felt like I needed to act in such a way. I feel like we are portrayed as "dark" which might be true to some extent but I would like it if more people noticed how sensitive and caring we are. It seems like those words are used to describe Cancers and Pisces and not Scorpios.

I have two Cancer friends who come to me for advice often and my boyfriend is a Pisces and I can just tell what he is feeling by the way he looks or energy he puts off which freaks him out because he is used to people being confused by his 'Piscean' ways lol

Basically just because lots of Scorps are quiet, cautious and even dark does not mean we are not caring and sweet people. We are really genuine and loyal but don't like to advertise or flaunt it to the world like maybe more gregarious signs would *Leo *cough and we will be easily burned by a snide remark (even innocent ones) so we also are not tough as nails just good at putting up our armor. We are water signs at the end of the day.

Aries being selfish... True, immature Aries perhaps are selfish, but being self focused isn't always necessarily translating to selfishness. And you'd be surprised by how other signs' selfishness can manifest. :P

I don't like how they portray Aries as if you tell them something intelligent they wouldn't understand what the f you are talking about and would punch you in the face and walk away.

I don't like how Scorpios are thought to be most intelligent and mysterious. Sure I wont say a word for a while, but that doesn't make me any more intelligent than the rest billions of people.

In any case, here people who make a topic about something they usually praise their own sign as if it's something "unique" "epic" amongst others, yup. Can't do anythin about that.
