I don't expect this thread to be fast moving because books take some time to read.

Was thinking the other day of books that represent certain zodiacs.

Gemini - the writing style is fast paced and ideas are a millionth per few pages.

Macbeth - extremely fascinating dark, gory themes with karmic repercussions, magic and suspense.

I'd say Mercury and Pluto in the 8th house
Saturn in the 10th house (for Macbeth)

Orwell”s ”1984”
i read it few years ago, and got stuck into my mind, so i went online and looked at the authors birthday.
There is one particular placement in his chart that connects with this book: pluto in gemini.
"War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength."
Control through words, media and television, the control of communication, mind and thinking---pluto(MC and mercury) in gemini

Very cool. Haven't read that book. It's not required reading for me so I haven't read it. Good analysis.

The Old Man and the Sea

Read many good reviews, so picked this up. Disappointed. It's a monologue of someone who is incoherent and disconnected from his own thoughts. I believe I sensed some insanity. It's not about fishing. It's about how his words string together: it doesn't.

Neptune inconjunct mercury
pisces mercury
sun, mercury in hard aspect to uranus
uranus square neptune

Beautiful language, gorgeous banters, lovely cohesion of relationships.

Air sign influences definitely
but I sense Libra mercury
pluto conjunct mercury
Marriage themes: Venus in Libra

faint Scorpionic influences.
