So I guess the server crashed and deleted my thread! The original topic was about Aqua Progressed Moon-- does anyone have experience with this progression? If so, what was the transition from Capricorn Moon to Aqua like for you? Was it smooth? Or did you experience a complete disorientation and/or stripping of your identity? Was it liberating? Or uncomfortable? Please chime in! Would love to hear from you IP: Logged |

I'd be curious, too, since I'm a natal Aqua moon and am not sure what you mean by "stripping of your identity." IP: Logged |

12th houser,I guess what I mean is, Aqua is all about identity, right? So coming from Cap Moon and starting over in Aqua, would you feel like you have to build a whole new identity? I don't know about you, but I feel that way to an extent every time my Moon changes signs, but I was wondering if that would be intensified in Aqua, since identity and establishing individuality are the cornerstones of the sign. What do you guys think? IP: Logged |

Capricorn progressed Moon is a period in your life in which you will go through tempering and trials in an effort to better yourself.Moving to Aquarius progressed Moon, you will feel the urge to break out of this period of introversion and internal development and to get out there! You will probably feel like you've found a new identity because, really, you've gone through a time where you might have remade yourself and now it's time to get out there again and show it off!! Maybe not so literally show yourself off, but you want to say, hey! This is me! I'm finding my place now. IP: Logged |

That's really interesting that you say that about the progressed Cappy Moon-- that it's a time for trials-- for me, that progressed Moon was probably the easiest/most fun Moon I've ever experienced. I had SO much fun in Cappy Moon. Ironically, the least fun/most difficult Moon I've had is Sagittarius. Weird. I'm also a Taurus Sun, Pisces Moon, Virgo Rising though, so that may be why I felt so comfortable with the Earth Moon. What about you? What was Cappy Moon like for you and what are your placements? Yes, as the description says it's sort of a remaking of your identity. its a positive transit if accompanied by other positive transitsIP: Logged |

Alright, well that's good to hear! Hope that's how it manifests Does anyone else have any experiences with Progressed Moon in Aqua? How did the house placement affect your experience? IP: Logged |

My progressed moon is in aqua conjunct venus/ascendant. My ascendant progressed from capricorn to Aqua when I was 10-11 and those years were not so good. There were conflicts with the system, isolation, alienation, getting "burnt" coz of my family's political stand and whatnot... My moon progressed to aqua last year. Hmm there hasn't been any "major" change, except for that I've recently become obsessed with saving the whales, "saving the Earth", "going green", donating to charities... etc... My progressed moon is in the 1st house conjunct venus. IP: Logged |

That's really, cool 12muddy!Glad it brought out such a humanitarian side of you! That's something that I've been looking to do for a while, so that would be a positive manifestation of this aspect. IP: Logged |

Also, I know house placement is probably important. My moon is still in Cap in my 4th, but once it gets into Aqua, it'll be in the 5th. How would that affect the progression? Also, the only thing I have in my 5th house is my NN.If anyone else has any experience/insight to share, it is more than welcome IP: Logged |

My progressed Moon was in aqua last year.. Idk. I have not really followed progressions that much but I suppose I was uhm.. out there, maybe eccentric . I was really into social causes. I spent time exploring many different lifestyles. I was completely celibate when moon was in the 8th in aqua. I discovered astrology when progressed aqua moon was in the 8th/9th house. I spent a lot of time on sites like tumblr.

Kerosene,That's really interesting! What are your natal placements? I think it probably has something to do with how compatible your progressed Moon is with the rest of your chart... For instance, I know a lot of people hate progressed Cap Moon (or it's supposed to be a difficult one, I guess) but it's my favorite progression by far! Best two years of my life. IP: Logged |

Natal Moon is in gemini. My progressed moon is now in pisces 10th house, I'd say this year has been very.. emotional, but I'm focused on my career while last year I was completely focused on uni (9th house) I think the houses make a lot of difference, I think that should be given supreme importance. Ahhh ok, that makes sense. Yeah, mine is 5th house so does that mean I'll be focused on fun? If that's the case, that sounds pretty awesome! My only concern is that Aqua clashes with a lot of my natal placements: Taurus Sun Pisces Moon Taurus Mercury Aries Venus Pisces Mars Cancer Jupiter Capricorn Saturn Capricorn Uranus Capricorn Neptune Scorpio Pluto Virgo AC IP: Logged |
