*quincunx

I've been reading up on this,
http://depthastrology2.com/MarsPluto.htm#MarsquincunxPluto

I'm wondering how bad could this aspect be if in pluto and mars are both in its own sign?

quote:
With Mars quincunx Pluto, you are likely to be completely unaware of your real motivations for taking action or why you really desire certain things

maybe I can't discern the energies because they are both domicile.

The quincunx is a cool aspect because it allows for transformation. Say you weighed 400 pounds. You could lose weight. It is possible. It would be hard but then you would be a whole new person with a new life. Your old self is gone and you have morphed into a new self. The quincunx is the only aspect that does this.

With another aspect, you may be short and can never be tall. Do you see what I mean.

To me, the square does not allow transformation. That is my opinion, so in this case, the person would be short and there is no way to be tall.
