I once liked someone, but as time went on I found myself picking them apart more and more in my head. I never verbalized these things because I knew it would hurt their feelings, but it also had me wondering if something of theirs was touching my Virgo IC. If the IC affects how we see people at all, what planet would activate my Virgo IC like that?

IC and planets in 4th show who you really are and in our old age we are supposed to be like our IC and planets in 4th.

As for their planet, my guess would be Moon or Mercury, not wanting to hurt their feelings sounds more like Moon than Mercury.

Their Moon was in my 8th house already. So I guess Mercury? But their Mercury was in Scorpio, not Virgo...
Still good to know though.

Milky Shutter! I only had time to read a portion of the article, but it was indeed fascinating. Something in particular that stood out was this: "MC/IC is all about creating something substantial from our inner dynamics... The disadvantage is that this contact can sometimes override a lack of genuine mutual exchange." YES!

Furthermore, maybe my Moon or Mercury was hitting their MC/IC? Mars, maybe, since we're talking about being irritated.

I have NN in Pisces, and they seem to really like their Pisces Suns. They have Mercury conj. Pluto and Mars in Scorpio (but Mars is at 0 degrees.) I was also thinking maybe it had nothing to do with the MC/IC, and perhaps it was our Mars/Pluto conjunction. An image popped in my head of a scorpion stinging it's subject over and over. Perhaps Pluto feels the need to sting Mars over and over until Mars is weak, even though Pluto still needs Martian energy in that sort of aspect.
