How do you tell whether it indicates good or bad fate and karma?

Anyone have this placement? Anyone ever seen it?

I have it in Cancer in my 12th House trine Saturn at 0 degrees opposite Neptune and square Mercury.

I'd say it's good because the N. Node is what you're supposed to become or achieve in this life and the asteroid Karma seems to have to do with that by the name, so yes, it's good.

yea i like what my north node is about. mofuggin intense though. i feel what it is but could never describe it. something to do with finding stuff out and healing.

I'm unsure whether or not I'm meant to be a good or bad person, but I feel like I'm meant to be a bad person.
Whenever I do something good, I get negative results, never appreciated and have bad things happen to me for doing it.
Whenever I do bad, I get all that I want, I can be mean and people will like me and I'm like "huh? Wow, this is so retarded, might as well be mean and selfish then" which really sucks because I wish It was the opposite for me.
Basically what I'm saying is that I have to be bad, it's not what I want to be, but what I have to be, and I've figured this out.

I am trying to fight it though and just be good and not care what bad things happen because I just want to be as moralistic as possible.

I think the Universe is made up of positive and negative energy. I think some people are meant to be good, and if they do bad, they get punished for it, and if they do good, they get rewarded for it because they are imbalancing the Universe from it's original plan to make them positive energy if they do bad.
The same applies for negative energy people, if they do good, they get punished for it and rewarded if they do bad.

There is actually no sense of good and evil, moral is just what we use to enforce the positive.
