Venus in aspect(mainly conjunction) with personal planets or luminaries or angles, Libra and Gemini placements, maybe Pisces too, lot of planets in 5th house.IP: Logged |

I feel it's having multiple placements in Libra my sun, moon, mercury, 11th and 12 house are in Libra. I've been told that I'm extremely charming and people pleasing. I do love people and do anything that I can to make someone feel better or more comfortable. They don't libra charming for nothing  lol IP: Logged |

Venus for sure. Leo and Libra are the charmiest signs. Some Neptune wouldn't hurt but too much and the person will go from charming to lost in space.IP: Logged |

Im not gonna lie i can be pretty charming. Maybe libra influences? Or my venus conjunct moon?I have mars and pluto in libra and moon and venus in taurus. Gemini sun and mercury. Venus sextile Asc

two (men) I have come across - both admittedly con men had venus in the 5th. one had it in pisces and one in aqua. I've not looked at other charts of con-artist/charmers, but I think a 5th house placement (especially the venus in 5th) has a lot to do with it. they were both not classically handsome men, so their 'charm' - i would guess - stemmed from the chart placement they shared. just my experienceIP: Logged |

Nope. I know a Moon/Venus in Leo, Moon/Venus in Taurus, Moon/Venus in Aries. None go out of their way to please people, but all are adored for their manners, charm, looks. Even when they mess up, especially the Leo & Aries combos, they are given second/third chances. Actually the inverse, people bend over backward to please them. I also know a Moon Capricorn, Venus Aries. Very selfish (all about him getting what he wants), but so charming, everyone likes him. For those of us that don't like him, we keep our opinion to a whisper or his "fans" will accuse US of negativity. Then there is the Moon Leo, Venus Aquarius. He knows how to get along.

it's simple. they have learned to say no.there will definitely come a time when a charming person (hard venus/moon aspect) learns to say no, but some of these people may come to learn it at middle age while others may learn it from a younger age. all depends on transits of course. but even then, they still feel this inner need to please and this energy projects into their character, so their presence alone can have an aura of charm which is pleasing to people. they may no longer find in themselves the need to go out of their way to please people, but their underlying intention and the energy of the hard aspect tension still makes people find them so. very often, these people have been brought up by a parent (mostly a mother) who was perceived by them as a person who has an easy way getting what he/she wants from people.
