Soul astrology? Can someone help me understand? Is it more important than your natal chart? What about conjunctions between your Natal Chart and Draconic chart?

I have Natal Moon cnj Draconic Venus
Draconic Moon conjunct Natal Neptune and Uranus

The draconic chart is your past life chart, soul purpose chart, node chart, inner chart, subconscious/ intuitive chart, these are all different takes on it, it's basically what you move towards in this life, i beleive the ascendant side is the n.node/dragons head and descendant being the south node/dragons tail. It sets the nodes to when they are at the ecliptic during your time in the womb, so it is the chart for while you still have a conciousness, but have not been born

My draconic sun is 8 degrees Pisces, my draconic moon is 29 46 degrees pisces (wow critical degree much)

and my draconic asc is 12 degrees cancer
venus in aries, mars in gemini and jupiter in sag, what would this say bout me?
