It kinda inspires you to think more clear and sharp, you would kinda compete with each other in some lower level, you to prove yourself to one another, but with the sextile/trine/conjunction it's in a more playful manner, than with the square/opposition, but I think it's an ok good aspect even with the square/opposition...you always need mental stimulation in a relationship at some point, and with the trine/sextile/conjunction it much more constructive and feels exciting and interesting to be with one another..
And it's good to have a well-placed mars/mercury in the chart in general, cause it makes the timing more right and the communication more fluid, without to many misunderstandings
So yes, it's a very nice aspect! The sextile is also the best, cause you can call upon these traits when you need them, so they won't make you in this constant "mentally" challenge
