I have this aspect natally in my 6th house, ruled by Capricorn. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas about this?

The only thing I've seemed to have come across was that usually astrologers have this conjunction.

Pisces is ruling my 8th house which is where my North Node and mars are.

Also, uranus is conjunct my neptune...
