Whaat. I don't think cancer ascendants are like this at all. Maybe we are a bit laid-back at first, but we like to go with the flow of things, we are kinda the "smile-and-wave" types, who is a bit shy but definitely not narrow-minded, we like adventure because it's romantic and different situations reminds us of different things from our childhood, and we can relate them into a new romantic story which feels nice!

Don't take it personal, the ones I have met were like this. That's why I mentioned before that it's subjective due to other planets and aspects.

At my best, I get things like my best friend's first impression which was me loudly exclaiming "THEY HAVE COOKIES HERE!" before running off to the food table.

At my worst, I have people came up to talk to me and I just stare at them in terror because I don't know what to say and I don't trust you strange person, are they trying to flirt with me? I can't tell, I hope they're not trying to flirt, they look like 25ish and I DEFINITELY don't look legal, I'm wearing an oversized Bambi sweater today and still have braces, I look like I'm about 14. I can't tell! Are they flirting or just trying to be friendly???? OH MY GOD JUST SAY SOMETHING!!!

I have a Leo ASC and I'm the opposite. Maybe because my ASC is most likely trine Venus, Neptune, and Jupiter...sextile Mars and Pluto (still trying to nail down my birth time, though.)

For whatever astrological reason, I just walk right up to people, extend my hand and give a firm handshake (I don't understand weak handshakes whatsoever) while I smile and introduce myself. I expect people to like me. Maybe because I have a Pisces moon, and I like most people...they ought to like me back eventually, it's the least they can do.

Libra: usually behave with poise and charm . Quick intellect so usually very good at conversation. I always try to keep manners in mind. Can scope and go with the flow very easily.

Scorpio: are listeners first. Generally friendly but they listen more than they talk. What ever they do say though is very opinionated.unlike libra rising they will just cut you off and walk away if they are not interested anymore.

Sagittarius : very blunt. They say what they think and don't always sugar coat things. Friendly mannerism though.

Hmm! It's odd that you set out to teach me, going on the assumption that I am a novice in astrology.

Also consider that it's pessimistic to assume that my only motive is status. In a group, there are typically people standing off to the side, too shy to jump into conversations. I pull them in, not just to be the social hero, but so they can feel welcome, and because they usually have interesting things to say and will contribute positively to the group dynamic once they feel more comfortable.
