I was wondering; when you determine the Chart Ruler, how do you go about finding it?
I know it's the Ruling Planet of the Ascendant, but what do you do in the case of dual rulerships, i.e. Pisces Rising?

Neptune is supposed to be the main ruler of Pisces ASC, I use Neptune.

Okay, so then what about Dias-Jupiter? Do you say Poseidonas-Neptune is the sole ruler of Pisces?
