What should I do to have a maximum benefit and to know what I should do ? during the neptune turn direct and retrograte and form a grand trine to my Moon and Mercury?My moon is 5 degree Cancer(10th) , Mercury is 1 degree scorpios(2nd) , t. Neptune travel back and forth at 4-7 degree Pisces(6th) at this year and next year too at the similar degree. So they all form a grand trine ..in water element.
Last year when t.neptune exact trine my Mercury , I suddenly has ..a ..bizarre intuation for a couple days ..like I know what will be the next things in furure
ie.
- when I download the songs from the internet , I just know which songs can't function .
- I bought the telephone card , I knew at the beginning when I touch the card that it can't be used , some digits has deleted .
Those were amazing for me . Before I don't belive in this telepathy or any pshychic experiences but when it happen to me , it's open my eyes .
I'd ask a simple question ...
- will I have a inner piece of mind when I do the meditation? Or this could develope more chaos under the transit?
BTW - t. Neptune retrograted in my 6th right now and form a grand trine with mercury and moon and I have develope a TIK syndrome at my right upper eyelids ...such a neptunian syndrome which exactly none of the cure 
and I just hope this could stop when it's turn direct.
