My third house is ruled by Leo, which Juno also happens to reside in. When I meet a male Leo it's very odd in that we almost think the same things at the same time, are interested in the same subjects, have the same moods (despite moon signs, mercury, etc.) Very odd.

Interestingly my Juno is also in my 3rd house.

3rd house is ruled by Uranus and Neptune, with Jupiter residing in it.

However, for cases of individual telepathy you would have to need some individual telepathic-contacts as well.
I donīt think that we would be telepathic with 1 twelfth of the world population (of course I know that the signs are not distributed equally ).

QUESTION:

So are the Signs or the Planets better indicators of the type of *communicator* I am?? I'm still a bit confused about this.

Libra is my 3rd House with Juno in the 5th House in Sagittarius.
I feel that I have the strongest telepathic connection with my Leo Sun friend.
Funny thing is, Juno is in my 5th House, and the 5th House is the natural House of Leo, lol.
I don't have a close Sagittarius friend so I can't tell you if the sign Juno is in gives a telepathic connection as well.
Oh and my 3rd House ruler Venus, is in Libra in the 2nd House.
