I read somewhere just now that an intercepted sign indicates an inability or delay in accessing the positive traits of the sign, and that the houses that come before the intercepted signs are like the "root cause" of why the person isn't able to express the positives of the intercepted sign (if that makes sense).

I can plainly see how the negative qualities of Pisces (Sun) have been demonstrated in my life, and it seems to have worked itself out to some degree...but probably not as much as I would like. My creative flow is still completely blocked by self-criticism and doubt. The compassion is able to flow, but not the creativity.

With the house prior to the intercepted sign being my 7th, I can also see how past toxic relationships contributed to my not being able to express the positives of my sun.

I'm wondering about my unaspected 1st house, though. Only my Leo AC, which is opposite my Mercury and Point of Fortune.

I wonder how my 1st house would be the cause for my inability to express the positives of my Virgo moon...?

I have yet to get to that positive on many levels. Still very critical, naggy, etc. in my relationships. I don't like it at all.

So the only thing in my 1st house would be my Leo AC. Does pride get in the way of allowing the nurturing side of Virgo to come through with my emotions? Is it vanity? Insecurity? What other Leo-ish traits might contribute to that, anyone?

Thoughts or ideas?
Add to that my T-square with sun/moon/Neptune and NN, and it seems as though there is a definite necessity to learn something here.

Interestingly, my son has the same houses involved in interceptions, but they are empty, which is probably better than housing the sun, moon, and Jupiter like mine do.
