Because this question coming from someone who is 21 and hasn't had a relationship last more than a few weeks is very different to someone 35 saying the same thing

Wow, you were born around 1995? Honestly, there isn't anything anyone could point to in your chart to "explain" this to you, its totally normal to be your age and never dated anyone for longer than a few weeks.

I do see that you have Uranus/Neptune conjunct (generational... everyone born in the early to mid 90s has that), but that they don't make any major aspects to other planets, other than each otherYou also have Pluto conjunct the Sun.

Uranus = eccentric, changeable, erratic, possibly fickle
Neptune = dreams, ideals, idealisation, delusions

Pluto conjunct Sun = gives you intensity, your core personality has Scorpionic qualities.

You also have Jupiter conjunct Mars and Venus. The Jupiter conjunct Mars would make you a very exuberant personality.
