Omg okay so today I decided to look at my chart again.. but this time something caught my eye. I was born in the netherlands and the timezone is univ. time +1 On astro.com when you put in the information, it just automatically adds the timezone and stuff.. anyway, I was born at 18.38 (6.38 pm) in the netherlands, so that means that the universal time would be 17.38 right? When I do that the universal time appears as 16.38. Is this right??? Shouldn't it be 17.38?
So this is the automatic made astro chart
and this is the chart with what i think is the right time
Which one do you tink is right? The first chart does say something about daylight saving (don't really know what that is though...)

Daylight saving is system used in summertime when clocks are adjusted one hour forward. Here in Finland UTC is + 2 hours in wintertime and +3h in summertime so I think that you might have summertime in use in the Netherlands as well? I have understood that the most of EU countries are using it.
