How do they deal with you only being interested after you've turned them down? Are they receptive ou just plain deceptive?

I don't know how it would be for mars in virgo people but

For me.. if you have turned me down, you'd have to make the move.. and I m talking about straight asking me out for a date, rather than hinting for it

They are! His Moon and Uranus are both Sag... The couple of times he got sick, he might've as well come out and said "take care of me, I have no one" for all the puppy eyes he directed at me... Like I said, I'm Virgo Sun, and both Cappy ASC and Libra Mercury makes very no-nonsensical...

Venusincap89, does that have to do with pride or it's just to be sure you won't lose face again? Because this one here has a hard time articulating her words in person... I mean, I only ever approach guys when I'm 99% sure what their response will be and I just want confirmation to go ahead and move on or get together. You know, there's a reason people leave hints for others...

He invited me to a concert, with a ticked he's bought for his previous girlfriend (I've the slightest suspicion he broke things off with her to ask me out). I turned him down for a few reasons:
1) he was my boss at the time (my Cappy ASC makes me worry about others' opinion a lot more than it should bother me)
2) he did it in front of my coworkers, in a very public way
3) it was a group thing, as in, all his close friends (that I hadn't nor have met) were going
4) someone had told me he'd hit on them and would hit on anything with two legs and female parts
5) my bff's birthday was on the same day and I'd promissed her to go

I wasn't mean to him (I already liked him), I just told him that I couldn't go because of this friend's birthday. I didn't say I was sorry nor that I'd've gone otherwise (because I don't think I'd go on a group date for our first date ever). After that, he kept hinting at wanting to take me on a date and I would reciprocate, but he just never acted on it, so neither did I.

I am sorry to say that even if things go well with this person, you'd find it very hard to be satisfied by the amount of love or attention he/she lacks..

But good news is the fact that this person gets awkward with you trying to talk to you in person, from my view it means he/she has feelings for you

So in conclusion, given that all this has already been 2 years, it's highly unlikely that he hasn't looked for other options but..
If you are to approach him/her
Be ready compromise in terms of.. emotional well beings of each other and understand even if he/she loves you that person just may not be able to give you the amount of attention you need..

Wow, now I see how Leo Venus and Cappy Venus are different... There's a lot of ego involved in our love approach and you guys are very business-like with it.

I'm not so fiery... LOL. I'm a very Earthy person myself - Virgo Sun, Cappy ASC - and I've an Aquarius Moon, so everything is toned down somehow. Thanks goodness... I already have too much trouble controlling my Venus and Mars in Fire signs.

And I know he moved on. He actually moved out to another city to move in with his new girlfriend of six months, in the few months I wasn't around. I asked because I have a hard time giving someone who turned me down a chance when they ask me out... (That Leo pride is a b*tch!) I wanted to know if he'd see it differently, as in me wanting to get a more stable position in my professional life before getting on with my love life.
