A Taurus man with a Taurus moon as well as his Venus and Mars in Cancer. Will this man let go easily? He bought me the exact same necklace as his mom. With him having important Cancer placements, is this significant? We've had our ups and downs and we're currently not dating because he wants to focus on getting his life together, but does this show he cares? I am a Scorpio female with a Taurus Ascendant, Libra Moon, Mercury in Scorpio, Venus in Scorpio, and Mars in Sagittarius. I know there's more to Astrology, but I do not know his birth time so this will have to do. Thanks in advance!

With Saturn transiting Scorpio the fixed signs are dealing with Karmic Lessons right now, especially Scorpio/Taurus.

Yes he is getting his life on track moreso because he is a New Moon birth.
You should be feeling this as well being a Scorpio with Taurus Ascendant.

Yes he cares, otherwise he wouldn't have bought you a present.
Fixed signs are notoriously stubborn.
You can not force them to do it your way without meeting resistance and then it becomes a power struggle.

If you notice, he probably doesn't completely let go.

Yes I see but it's frustrating because I am the "All or Nothing" type and he can go without nothing until he's ready to give his all in every aspect. It's very frustrating.
