Hi! I'm wondering if you believe our natal birth charts are eternal? Like, when I die and go to Heaven, do you believe my natal birth charts will still be mine forever?

Is it possible to quench the energy of a planet in a sign? For example: I'm a mars in scorpio. Does that mean that I will always be intense and passionate etc no matter what I do or no matter what happens?

Progressions and transits can make a lot of difference. I don't know much about it but I've read that people can change their fortune for a year by travelling on their birthday. You can also relocate and change your luck.

I think you will be intense and passionate mostly in the stuffs related to the house your Mars occupies. If Neptune or Saturn transits your Mars then you may not be as much passionate and intense as you would like to be. They can create some sort of blockage.

A birth chart can show your personality and transits may affect your chart but at the end of the day we all have FREE WILL and we all choose our own destiny. Some things we can't control but who we are (or choose to be) is our own decision. I see my birth chart as guidelines in my life, but I am behind the wheel and I choose where I'm going.

Nah, birth charts aren't eternal. They're always changing and growing and you're always changing and growing, a natal is just what you start off working with.

no, because the planets arent eternal, they are the result of a result of a result of a result etc etc etc therefore nothing that isnt eternal can create something eternal
& i believe that the soul is of divine nature, identical to all people and identical to the creator, while the birth chart shows our identity in the lower planes.

to a degree it is permanent, but like someone said transits, progressions, relocation make it come to life an add new energy, very valid for transits, solar arcs

Depends on how you look at it. Astrology is symbolic and the signs and planets are archetypes. A person has the free will (as stated earlier) to act and respond any way they choose within the "ballpark" of those archetypes. Aspects by transits and progressions will affect the natal chart as well. So, I would say "yes and no."
