Completely by accident. A friend back then would tweet her horoscope every day and I thought it suited her so much it seemed made for her. So I started reading up on my own horoscope, actually looking for my Chinese sign and found a website for both, which showed me about natal charts. Wasn't happy with my chart at all and so I kept reading up on each aspect, hoping to find something positive. IP: Logged |

I woke up in the middle of the night, 3 AM, and a voice told me to study Astrology.I always wanted to before but I was told I could not be a Christian and study Astrology. When I got Born Again, the Messianic rabbi told me to throw away my whole Astrology library and so I did. I didn't want to go against God but after I heard this voice, I came on LL and found that Astrology is my pure passion and God uses it for His purposes. ------------------ Want To Ask Any Question About Bible Prophecy? RunsAroundScreaming, What I meant was that my poor mom with her Leo Moon & Cappy Sun had to raise an overly sensitive Pisces Moon kid. I doubt I was premature. Estimated due dates were not very accurate in the early 70's.------------------ Claire "When going gets weird, the weird turn pro." -HST IP: Logged |

To understand myself. It seemed that I had thoughts, feelings, and actions that I couldn't understand why they were there. It bothered me that so much of myself was a mystery to me. IP: Logged |

I remember seriously studying my own sign when I was 11, and getting my first Tarot deck that age too. I was 11 so naturally I wanted to be insta-psychic, and it was cool learning about myself. I stick with astrology now because it is a unique form of psychology, and I love analyzing people. I like Astrology because I can give reason where other people (who haven't researched it, or don't believe) can't.IP: Logged |

What I don't like about my chart is that I do not have Mercury and Vulcan in Virgo, but in romantically helpless Libra lol. I also rather ANY DAY have an Aquarius Ascendant over a Leo Ascendant. I also rather have an Aquarius Uranus over a Capricorn Uranus. And Aquarius Saturn over a Pisces Saturn. I want those so I can become a good scientist because that's what I want to be. I also want them because I hate being romantic and get easily hurt from women because of it. I'd rather be one without emotion for romance and love. IP: Logged |

In a sentence: A plant scientist I didn't know and had never met knocked on my door one day and said they were looking for a Pisces girl and then handed me Linda Goodman's Love Signs.IP: Logged |

But Virgo and Aquarius are good for Science. They not only gives you the interest, but the skills as well. With Virgo's logical/scientific skills and Aquarius's scientific visionary, it will make you really good at scientific work. I wish I was more detailed but thanks to my Libra Mercury, I'm just like any other person looking at the big picture. Nothing unique. I think details are more important, yet I suck with them. (At least I think I do) IP: Logged |

Also, no one gives anyone anything for free, so that will never happen, lol. IP: Logged |

Plant scientist, Cleve Backster, was a Pisces (Moon in Sag). I have done a bit of research and did notice that plant scientists do like to have Earth Signs friends. Grover Cleveland "Cleve" Backster, Jr. (February 27, 1924 - June 24, 2013 ) was an interrogation specialist for the Central Investigation Agency (CIA), best known for his experiments with plants using a polygraph machine in the 1960s which led to his theory of "primary perception" where he claimed that plants "feel pain" and have extra sensory perception (ESP). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cleve_Backster IP: Logged |

I never said you cannot become one, I just said a good one. It is also not impossible to become a good one either without them, but more than likely, those two signs make you naturally good with science. Where was his Mercury? Oh and you forgot Einstein btw, he was a Pisces Sun, Aries Mercury.IP: Logged |

The Hilarious House of Frightenstein came out in 1971. When I was a wee child, the babysitter would put this on for me in the mornings. I must have been at least 5 or 6 years old. Every episode they had the Oracle who talked about Astrology. The actor - Billy Van - believed in it and would always say to look to the stars. Here is a clip of the Oracle - an influence on my young developing mind back then. http://youtu.be/vmuo1BIfdEE IP: Logged |
