I was playing around with a few charts on cafeastrology and I noticed that no matter the birth time I put in or if I just checked the "unknown" option, a good number of aspects within their chart stayed the same. For example, I first pulled up their chart without their birth time because I do not know it, then, out of curiosity, I started putting in random birth times randomly and a certain number of aspects stayed the same. What does this mean? IS this accurate?

You need a birth time to know their angles and houses...just placements alone is like only 35% of the actual chart...

Moon position is important. If you're a cusp it's important also to know if you're a Cancer or Leo. Sun/Moon midpoint

some of it will be accurate, like the venus sign, mars sign, sun, pluto/uranus, but the moon shifts quickly so it'd be hard to pin that down, and you won't know the ASC either. and you won't know - at all - the house positions or angles, and those are very meaningful in a natal chart because they tell you substantially more about the person and their focus in life, career, etc. it's an incomplete picture for sure without birth time

If you have a client WITHOUT a birth time, just do a Solar chart using the equal system. I have used this many times and have got positive feedback and there is some accuracy there. The moon may be off, but just do some feeling around with where it is. Develop a few questions pertaining to the moon in a sign and go from there.
