I have bml conjunct desc too, but in Scorpio. I interpret the aspect something like this :

Expect to encounter the darker side of your feminine nature in all your sexual relationships. By this, I mean encountering taboos, forbidden fruit, impulses that fill you with shame and guilt, power struggles, desire for vengeance etc. However, as with everything else in life it is not your intense desire nature or "dark impulses" or depraved partner that determines your mettle, it is how you respond to these kind of things which you will surely encounter in one form or another. With black moon lilith on the descendant.... You have a choice to respond destructively, to unleash your venom and rage into your partnerships, to become consumed by envy, vengeance, guilt, shame and bitchiness or maybe indulge your dark fantasies in a negative way. Or you can do what lilith really wants you to do which is to embrace that wild, primal dark side of your own nature by facing it squarely in order to bring out of the shadows and into consiousness those impulses which you have, but you either repress due to them being socially unacceptable or taboo, or that you only act on in secret due to your fear that you might be found out. At this point, lilith starts to allow you to see some hard truths about yourself, and you begin to question your own authenticity. Are you prepared to openly embrace certain taboo that might rattle cages, raise eyebrows? Are you prepared to defend or confront some ugly truths, challenge propiety, assert your independence, refuse to accept second best even if it goes against norms? Are there things that you need to change about youself which are self destructive? Because if you refuse to deal authentically with these things you might well end up on a relationship path which is fraught with repressed anger, underhanded dealings, secrets, guilt, shame or (even worse) venomous lashing out to defend and cover up your own destructive or self-destructive behaviour.
