I just wanted to update you on my findings with this particular aspect. I've been in a very intense friendship for the past year and half now...and to be honest I'm still in it. I've heard mixed opinions on what this aspect is.

Based on my experience Sun Square Venus can mean...Venus in Cancer(myself) spends a lot of time trying to please the Sun in Libra(him). Efforts of the Venusian being seem to go largely unnoticed. In my particular situation...I felt like where there should have been thank you's --there were none. This left me feeling alienated and causes me to become secretly resentful. I say secretly...because god forbid Venus should say something to lose his Sun.

What do you guys think of this? As they come up I'll post more of our aspect findings.

We were supposed to move the other day...and he decided last minute to see if there were any other options before moving in with me. That really really really hurt my feelings. Which by the way is characteristic of Sun Square Venus.

And of course again...I said nothing. I just don't want to rock the boat unnecessarily. I don't want to fight with him.

I'm pretty distraught right now.

Do You think you have been moving to fast ?
Do you think its possible he isn't the man you thought he was or the man you wanted him to be?
Do you feel used and feel that he has been leading you on?

Im sorry about asking all those questions its I don't really know enough of the story to really comment or offer advice.You don't have to answer them if you don't want to.

Thanks for you concern! It means a lot during these dark times. I don't think he's been leading me on. Our issues lie at the basic level of every relationship. There's just a real lack of acknowledgement. A natal Leo needs his praise. I almost never get it.

We also have
Pluto-Venus
Moon-Moon conjunction 1 degree
Saturn-Sun trine
Juno-Venus conjunction (.7 degree)
Venus Opposite Saturn

among other contacts.

On a non-astrological front...he just does a lot to undermine the relationship and when he's caught--he rationalizes which tends to make me angrier.

I'm not here to figure out the best way to end the relationship. I'm here to figure out how best to heal and sustain our relations.

I'm Pluto, Saturn, Juno, and Venus in all of the contacts named above. There is no desire to leave on my part.

Any advice or clean perspectives anyone can offer would be great.

Anyway I confronted him and made him speak to me like an hour ago. He said there was a reason but he can't tell me now because he would explode if he did. He said I was creepy since I came to his work place(my Pluto conjunct Venus in Scorpio). Said he would talk to me after he calmed down.

Strangely enough I feel a release since I know I scared the **** out of him. I'm willing to give him a little space for him to sort out whatever false rumor he heard.

Hopefully this gets better before next weekend...because I think my emotions will return by then.

I only ask because speaking for my own experiences if you keep quiet and harbor it. One day you probably will explode and when you do....

ESPECIALLY with my Mars in Taurus. I am terrified of my temper. So I take precautions in order to not have that rage come out of me. I usually gloss over situations in my public life. People sense something in me so very rarely does anyone cross me.

When it comes to this man he just draws the soft and easily offended soul out of me.

Anyhow Regulus is my middle name. In my birth chart it lies in the 29th degree of Leo. Oddly enough, my mother followed astrology very quietly. She told me a couple of years ago that she knew I would be born a Leo. But Eli (which is my first name) sounded more fitting for a king (blush)
