That's because Venus fully rules Libra while it only co-rules Taurus IP: Logged |

That is another area of conflict for me. See, I see more of Aphrodite's traits in Taurus folks than Libras since Taurus is a sign that revels in earthly pleasures and desires where Libra focuses on a higher plain of thinking. There was a prominent astrology expert (can't seem to remember her name at this point) who argued that the Libran Archetypes for males and females would be Apollo and Athena respectively. Much like Scorpio, Libra's influence on the sexes blurs the lines between defined notions of the mannerism pertaining to each sex. As such Athena makes a much better archetype for Libras since she exuberated quite a few traits as a goddess that one would consider "masculine" in nature. Yet she is all woman; No one can deny that .

Biased? Keep in mind, I am a Libra Sun and Venus myself . And the idea of self-hate doesn't really appeals to me . I am just throwing my arguments out on a factual level. IP: Logged |

What's not to like about it ? It gives me all that I need to make relationships work and works perfectly in sync with my wife's Venus. Ergo, its perfect. IP: Logged |

Hmm, I'm not libran at all. The only placement I've got in a Libra is my ascendant.IP: Logged |

Interesting thought. But I see Taurus as more Venus while Libra is more Aphrodite. But for some reason, I can see Hera-Iuno in both of them.
