Moon in the eleventh house
Venus in the tenth might produce a singer
Stellium in the eleventh
Vertex in fifth feels special and usually manages to make it happen.

I have Moon in the 11H, Venus in the 10H if you use equal sign charting, a stellium in the 11H, Vertex in Scorpio in the 5H and Moon trine Uranus.

If there isn't anything in at least one of these houses, then you can definitely find something in the 1st.

Quite often one might find planets occupying the 1st, 10th and 11th at the same time in a chart.

The 5th house, Leo placements, and strong solar energy in the chart relate to passionate performance, and self-expression. This is where we stand on a platform before others and strut our stuff, and where we pour our hearts out into some kind of creative endeavor. Solar types radiate passion and charisma, and they have a 'glow' about them that catches attention. Solar types also have a preoccupation with what they'd like to express out in the world, and what personal statements they'd like to make in doing so. The 10th house is about public recognition. So yeah, an emphasis on this house in the chart could indicate fame, and the planets in this house would show the type of fame we're likely to have. Venus or Neptune in the 10th could indicate being well known for glamour or beauty, Uranus in the 10th could show being well known for highlighting relevant social issues, or being a rebel. Sun in the 10th could indicate fame on the basis of charisma, and yeah it goes on... Last but not least of the ‘fame‘ houses, the 1st house is 'personality', and people with strong 1st houses often have very distinctive personality types and are uncompromisingly themselves. The 1st house is the house of ‘I am’ where the attitude is ‘this is how I am, take it or leave it honey!’. The nature of the persona could be reserved or out-there, but the tendency to of a 1st house person would be to be ‘themselves’ regardless of others peoples opinions. This type of refreshing, distinctive persona tends to stand out amongst the crowd and has a sort of mass appeal. People like to be able to categorize what type of ‘character’ you are, and with people with a strong 1st house they make it very apparent exactly who they are and what they’re all about. The signs/planets connected with the 1st house the style that this ‘character’ has… Strong Aries/Mars people have a similar vibe, they tend to be refreshingly authentic, and honest about who they are and what they’re about.

Hmmmm, I have not seen this. I have it and nada.

I have personal planets in the 10th and 11th houses, however, I'm still an introverted hermit who is not in the public eye. Yet Saturn squares both MC/IC and NN/SN. I am skeptical that I would get famous.
