I don't mean it like ugly or something..
I just wonder if there can be any aspects in somebody's chart which make them not attractive.You know the kind of feeling when a guy says "Oh her!She's pretty smart and really funny..but she's just not..what I'd go for." or vice versa.What could cause this?IP: Logged |

Lmao Pluto makes a tight hard aspect to my AC and I'm so, so beautiful. People love me.The problem here though is not having aspects for UNattractiveness, but rather, lacking aspects FOR attractiveness. You can't have give negative value. It's like asking "how come I'm bad at reading people?" The issue isn't that something makes you bad at it but instead that you don't have something that makes you good at it. IP: Logged |

Yeah, the only aspects I have with Venus and AC are oppositions. However, I've never been seen as generally unattractive. Some are attracted, some aren't. I was going to say that maybe an unaspected Venus in some sort of unfortunate sign or house, or Venus/Mercury even. If a person comes across with their style of communicating in a way that's off-putting to others somehow, I would think it would detract from other potentially good combinations? Now that I think of it, Venus/Mercury might sound about right. But I won't assume that everyone who has hard aspects between the two are unattractive to others. As with everything, I think that genetics, how we use what we have, and the entire chart has to be taken into consideration. But sometimes if it's just a "vibe" that someone gives off, there might be some sort of astrological thing happening. IP: Logged |

Hm...My dad has Pluto in first, conjunct his Leo AC. But all the ladies are attracted to him, lol. Not sure. I think Pluto adds magnetism, not necessarily unattractiveness? I swear, Mercury can create more personality difficulties than people give it credit for, I think. IP: Logged |

What is her ascendant? I know mine is in Virgo which is not very showy and lends itself to self doubt. Check to see what aspects her ascendant. Saturn sextiles mine which makes me appear more reserved & aloof. Get past that and my Sag- Venus-Neptune conjunction comes out to play and the devil may care "we is gonna have BIG FUN" comes out to play.------------------

My ex was a Taurus with Virgo AC, conjunct Pluto from the 12th house, and he was quite hot. Very magnetic. Thin but wiry, and just muscular enough.
Eh...I don't know if you can pinpoint stuff like this, really...except for the overall "vibe" a person gives off. I'm still voting for Mercury aspects, if the person is otherwise physically attractive, etc.

I wonder how much MC has to do with this. I think AC is first impression. But MC might stand when that fades away. I think MC is why people might find me attractive. I think it has a lot to do with charm. Just a thought. What do you think? IP: Logged |

I think you have to look at synastry, house overlay and progressions for why you might find someone not attractive despite being an impressive person. For example, for the life of me I do not find George Clooney or Brad Pitt attractive despite so many swooning for them. My synastry is not good with either.However, in relation to general "unattractiveness", which I took to mean as a decent individual but lack of popularity socially or sexually, I would say hard Pluto placement in the chart (suspicious, intense, feared and fearful individual), hard Saturn and Uranus placement (distant, cold, rigid, appearing uninterested and possibly unpredictable and therefore scary) and a skewed chart (meaning heavy in only one or two elements meaning that the person will relate to only a few people and few people will relate to them). hmmm No. I wouldn't say that.
It depends on the planets involved. For instance, if they had Venus/Mars trines (DW) - they could still be attracted.
I think Saturn tends to cool things off.
If there's too much Saturn and not enough Mars action in the synastry - that could do it.

I actually think someone with a poor venus would spend a lot more time trying be physically attractive because they feel it more.My one friend has an exalted venus conjunct dsc (7th house) and she just rolls out of bed and goes to uni with her hair in a bun and with no makeup, sometimes in pajamas.

Everything in that second paragraph describes me.
44% fixed or something. Pluto (chart ruler) in 12th opp moon, square mercury and sun. Inconjunct Mars.
Venus opp Saturn Neptune and Uranus. But I think I get more than my fair share of people attracted to me. At least for now IP: Logged |

Unaspected Saggi Venus. This does not add up unless you have super strong Saturn aspects. Do you? ------------------

I have a very bad Saturn - Rx, 29th degree, Cancer, 4th house which opposes my Sun and Mercury. A difficult life yet oddly some success but more so through my husband (Jupiter conjunct ASC).No 12th house planets. IP: Logged |

The only person I know who fits into the category that IR is talking about has an unaspected Venus, and he's most definitely not a Casanova, hahahaa. He's an otherwise physically attractive Libra, but he really has a tough time attracting the ladies (which is unfortunate, because he really is a smart, funny, attractive guy).
