I know someone with this placement.
Their attitude towards love and dating is very serious and mature and are attracted to those with similar qualities. They've remained single for over 11 years and haven't been with anyone in that time period. He isn't one to fool around and has been waiting for his perfect one since he was a teenager.

My H5 cusp is in Capricorn...with Saturn in Pisces/H7.

That's funny actually! My H7 and H8 rulers are in H5 while my H5 ruler is in H7.

Any ways, my past relationships all had baggage n stuff of some sort...it caused tension because I'm pretty self-sufficient and relatively functional. I ain't got time to be babysitting someone's depression...
