I have lot of those placements but I’m not flirty :s , Saturn conjunctions make me feel uncomfortable ~_~ . If only I was a Libra rising like you, it would have put all of my pisces planets in 5th house, libra rising + 5th house stellium + gemini moon, what a flirtatious life it would’ve been .

but my version of flirtation is just wierd lol.
I like to kind of stare into people's eyes kind of looking for something.. maybe make a few remarks that suggest something more.. all while emiting a vibe that makes you uncomfortable yet draws you in in.. I think it's all the saturn and pluto

But overall since this isnt for everyone Im pretty much a failure at it since I dont like to flirt in a BLATANT and playful way (I only flirt playfully if I know there is never ever anything going to happen between us)

It's a personal art of mine that I don't seem to be able to turn off

Leo Asc w/Pisces Sun and Aries Venus both trine ASC. Along with Sag Mars conjunct Uranus in my 5th.

A touch here, a word there..A wink and a smile there as I catch your eye when I turn away. It's all about making them feel important and wanting more of it. I've used it for both good and evil

A friend of mine who thrives on flirting and being flirted WITH is a Leo ASC/Sun/Merc/Venus, Sag Moon and Gem Mars. It's like his life juice.

And then there's my brother. Gem ASC, Taurus Sun/Venus and Scorpio Moon with a Leo Mars. He flirts more with words through text/social networks than with people IRL, although he'll sometimes be all creepy and hit on people in the room with him and it just comes off weird and uncomfortable. Not sexy or fun the way flirting should be.. But for some reason he gets numerous girls talking to him because he apparently has a way with words.. Maybe that's his Neptune trine Mercury.

Ok i would say Saturn being away from any major planet including Asc will be very flirty

Esp if sun venus and /or mercury conjunct

Moon on the MC

Sun in air

Jupiter conj venus or mercury

Basically not weighted by Saturn or Pluto
