I am officially quitting western astrology, i've had enough, theirs like 3/4+ charts none of them are accurate really and Vedic's chart method is dead on, not going to go in to the Tropical being only a simplified seasonal version that barely goes into any actual depth of persona and the sidereal not being updated .. Western - 0 Vedic - 1 1st Sagittarius Ascendant Sagittarius Moon + Sagittarius Neptune
2nd Uranus Capricorn 3rd Saturn Aquarius 5th Ketu Aries 9th Mars Leo 11th Libra Venus + Libra Rahu 12th Ophiuchus Sun + Scorpio Mercury Scorpio Pluto + Scorpio Jupiter <3 IP: Logged |

The last few months i've been studying astrology deeply, i've been wondering why i have a 1st house stellium but can barely picture a self-image in my head or grasp any real sense of self-identity. Why i feel so lost in my own head .. I've thought about this and its so obvious to me that whatever the truth is Vedic in onpoint for me, the 12th stellium, all this writing comes from the back of my head, the hidden depths of me which you can't really see from the outer perception the 12th stellium makes me like a 'Dark Poet' the way the words come from my unconcious, you can see it in the writing style...and my 1st house is Sagittarius Moon which 100% fits me inside and on the appearence, plus the relalization that their is an emotional need to look good and express. I'd say i've just gone through a Plutonian 12th house Mercury transformation of burning through the relations of astrology to the self in the process of changing to Vedic and realizing its true meaningsThought i'd share that IP: Logged |

My Vedic placemets do indeed fit me better. I act too Virgoan to only be a Virgo Sun. I know it's my Ascendant's depositor, but still.IP: Logged |

Yeah I always relate to vedic taurus placements and my nakashtras. For instance my vedic mercury is in taurus, however mercury and venus are best friends so mercury does well in taurus and libra. Here mercury is sensual, articulate, and soft spoken. Taurus rules the throat and and I'm very melodic. Mercury is in rohini ruled by the moon so it gives a more seductive, dreamy and vulnerable manner of speech. Probably explain why I love Lana del Rey feminine/dreamy songs because it appeals to Sun/Moon/Venus/Mercury in Rohini. Which is the most feminine and dreamy nakshatra. I'm actually not a chatterbox like some gems (with later degrees) quote: Rohini with their attractive physical features and essential charm, they rely more on gestures rather than words in turning a situation to their advantage.
Gems are always coined as flirty, I'm more seductive and discriminating, if I like someone I'd probably seduce them by starting at them. Letting them come to me rather than going up and chatting them up. I think I've only ever approached a handful of people I found insanely attractive. Marilyn Monroe had Sun in Rohini and men and women just flocked to her.. Rohini natives are amorous by nature. Still trying to understand vedic Mars in Pisces but it's in Revati which is ruled by mercury.. IP: Logged |

Not in real life... I can hold a conversation, but I suck at small talk. If someone brings up the weather I'm like yeaaaah, it's nice..........I do write a lot, I'm always writing notes but that's just because Mercury is aspecting a lot of my planets. IP: Logged |

Some people can go on about mundane subjects, like the weather, or work. I can't.My mom has vedic and western mercury in Gemini and she can talk about her work all throughout dinner.....It's crazy to me, and I usually roll my eyes when she starts on about the same subject. My partner has vedic Mercury aqua which probably explains his high iq and intelligence. IP: Logged |
