Maybe Saturn or Pluto?Saturn would be the "You're not supposed to do that because you'll get hurt." and pluto would be like "You will not do that because I say so."

Very true in my case.

I've read somewhere that in synastry, Ceres conjunctions enhance the desire of the Ceres person to provide comfort and love to another.

My ceres conjunct my husband's sun. I can be a bit over-protective. I fuss too much over his well being and usually I have to remind myself to tone it down.

Yes, it must be Ceres! I have my Ceres conjunct someone's ASC (like, exact) and wow I can't even describe how much I care about him. The only description that comes near to what I feel is, that (if reincarnation is real..) I think I was his mother in a previous life lol
