Interesting chart patterns?For example, someone with a Taurus sun has planets, sun or moon in the eighth house, or an Aries sun with the seventh house or Libra emphasized.
- Aries with Libra or seventh house emphasized
- Taurus with Scorpio or eighth house emphasized
- Gemini with Sagittarius or ninth house emphasized
- Cancer with Capricorn tenth house emphasized
- Leo with Aquarius or eleventh house emphasized
- Virgo with Pisces or twelfth house emphasized
- Libra with Aries or first house emphasized
- Scorpio with Taurus or second house emphasized
- Sagittarius with Gemini or third house emphasized
- Capricorn with Cancer or fourth house emphasized
- Aquarius with Leo or fifth house emphasized
- Pisces with Virgo or sixth house emphasized
How do you go about interpreting these unusual patterns? Are they like straight-up oppositions, or do they have a kind of karmic resonance. Could they be hints at previous incarnations?
I have several of these patterns in my chart involving the signs Virgo/Pisces and Taurus/Scorpio. I also have a Libra ascendant which, by default, emphasizes this type of pattern overall since the cusps are each covered by the opposite sign and my MC is opposite it's natural ruler, Capricorn, same with IC, AC and DC. Me:Pisces Sun with a Stellium in the 6th house
Cancer Ascendant with Capricorn Moon and Capricorn Stellium
Taurus Mars and Jupiter and Sun/Venus in the 8th House
Scorpio in Pluto in the 4th house - maybe a link to my Cancer Ascendant?
I also have NN in Pisces in the 8th house, so that puts Virgo in SN and in 2nd house. Taurus/Libra rules the 2nd house.. Okay I never really looked at my chart this way, weird with all the patterns lol. Now I wonder what/who I was/used to in my previous life? IP: Logged |

That's really interesting! It seems just about everything in your chart contradicts itself! Do you feel caught between two opposites in your life, not sure which course to take? With past lives, I interpret the north node and south node in the same sign as your sun meaning you have many lives in which you existed as either of these signs, either sun, moon, ascendant, or dominant in some way.

I have Aries with Libra emphasized. A joke from the Universe. But we can take it as a balancing act, be an ultra Aries with the love of others.  Interestingly my IC is Aquarius, and MC Leo, same kind of theme  Although I have figured this out, I have to figure out the optimum balancing act yet :O I also have a lot of Pisces going on. So my Aries NN, sun, and Jupiter must be something very important to my life purpose, with combination of unconditional love. It's just super interesting. And I have to figure this out!  IP: Logged |

ive got
pluto in taurus-duad
mars in 8th, scorpio-duad
venus in 12th pisces-duad
moon in 10th, the capricorn-duad
(duads only, not the signs)thats what i find interesting that all these planets are in positive signs but i feel the duad influence is stronger and the duad signs are the signs that rule the houses

Sometimes, I feel the same way about my chart - the universe is playing a joke. Even the way Mercury and Jupiter are conjunct - they rule opposing signs - is humorous to me. It fits so well with everything else, only causing more confusion figuring out what it means. :/

I hope these people find peace within  They seem confused and try to see the whole picture they don't realize they're viewing it from a thin lens. What they can do is integrate these aspects find their midpoint of the sun moon and follow their path through that lens they will find peace.  IP: Logged |

YES the midpoint! Thank you, Diplopoda, I tend to overlook midpoints! That's a very good idea, work the two opposing energies through their midpoints! I need to focus more on this in my life.

Yes, but I think everything has a meaning, and they can all be used as a guide. There is no coincidence, so there is a purpose to it and obviously has deep meaning for your life. :-) It is indeed a joke in a sense that Universe must be laughing watching us trying to figure out its riddles

Awwie .. Thanks I have always admired and identified with Cancerian characteristics, perhaps for this reason BUT Dip it's so contradictory to my life purpose of being an Aries Great food for thought though, maybe that will help me lead in the right direction. I didn't know it's a unusual pattern lol but I'm a Leo with a 11th house emphasized (Uranus - chart ruler and neptune) and aqua moon and rising. I've Leo and Aqua in two house cusps each one too. So: quote:

I interpret this pattern as both things. I'm very aware of the sign's opposition and sometimes feel like I'm between a titan's clash lol. It's pretty difficult handle the aloof side of aqua with hot side of leo. I think they are hints for previous incarnations since my sag SN is conjunct my Uranus/chart ruler (as I said it's in 11th house, so an aquarian house per se) and opposite my NN-chiron conjunction in 5th house (Leo matters house). I think I should learn about the leo-aqua axis and try to link them in my present incarnation, for me it's chart's biggest issue to solve. IP: Logged |
