What aspects between two people would be responsible for this, for a love that never burns out but rather gets "rekindled" over and over again and takes you into deeper depths over time?

I would think maybe the water houses being emphasized somehow, especially the 8th, as well as connections involving the classic "big three" (Sun/Moon/Asc)?

What do you think?

I agree.
I think Pluto might be the main significator here.

Hmm I guess Uranus can be responsible for the sparks and electricity, initially, but in terms of a deep love connection that grows overtime, I don't think he is very fitting.
