Oh my...! Well it can indicate some sensitivity and idealism, but Neptune square can also point to illusions, confusion and disappointment. It's a bit hard to understand, well Neptune makes it hard to understand. I guess that it depends on the rest of the chart to know how it would manifest.

For example, me and my husband share composite Moon square Neptune, and our emotional bond is confusing at times. Since they are elements that are part of a configuration involving Chiron, Saturn, Pluto, AC and NN as well, and this configuration shows wounds and healing, as well as some pain and lessons, this Moon square Neptune manifests more in these ways.
