I decided to look back at my transits when I sold my last house and bought this one I am trying to sell now.

I had Saturn and Jupiter transiting my IC thus of course my MC.

And they were both wide orbs, 6 and 7 degrees.

Nothing was transiting my 4 th, but Saturn was in my 8th, (4th from the 4th.)

I now have Saturn and Jupiter transiting my MC and IC again, of course in different aspects.

I have Uranus in the 4th, fixing to leave and Jupiter in the 8th.

I looked into the future transits, when Jupiter and Saturn will be closest to the angles, orb wise, and just so happens right about the time Uranus will leave my 4th.

Hmmmmmmm

We shall see!
